Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BroadNova purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
• Return shipping is free for defective products.
• For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

What Products Are Returnable?

Most BroadNova products are eligible for return within 30 days:

• Wireless CarPlay adapters
• AI boxes
• GPS trackers
• Dash cams
• Backup cameras
• Consumer products & accessories

Non-returnable items: Activated GPS tracker subscriptions, digital products, and items damaged by misuse.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll ship a replacement at no cost. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Warranty Claims

All BroadNova products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled through the same channels as returns.

Products Purchased Elsewhere

If you purchased an BroadNova product through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another retailer, please contact that seller directly for returns. Their return policies apply.

GPS Tracker Subscriptions

GPS tracker subscriptions are billed separately and are not eligible for refund once activated. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the BroadNova app or by contacting support.
